BRIKKU is a community-driven reference catalog and collection tracker for BE@RBRICK figures. The Service provides informational content, collection management tools, and community features. BRIKKU is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by MediCom Toy Inc. or any brand, artist, or rights holder whose products appear on this platform.

BRIKKU does not own, claim ownership of, or assert any rights over the images, photographs, logos, trademarks, or other visual content displayed on this platform.

All product images, brand logos, character likenesses, and related visual assets are the property of their respective owners, including but not limited to MediCom Toy Inc., collaborating brands, artists, and licensors. Images are used solely for informational, reference, and cataloging purposes.

If you are a rights holder and believe any content infringes your intellectual property, please contact us and we will promptly remove the material in question.

BRIKKU is not a marketplace, does not facilitate sales or purchases, and is not responsible for any trades, transactions, or exchanges between users.

Any trading, buying, selling, or exchanging of BE@RBRICK figures or other items that may occur between users—whether initiated through the Service or otherwise—is conducted entirely at the users’ own risk. BRIKKU:

• Does not verify the identity, reliability, or trustworthiness of any user
• Does not verify the authenticity, condition, or existence of any item
• Does not mediate, arbitrate, or resolve disputes between users
• Does not process payments or handle shipping of any kind
• Bears no liability for scams, fraud, misrepresentation, lost items, damaged goods, or any other issue arising from user-to-user interactions

You acknowledge that you engage in any transaction with other users at your sole risk and discretion.

Users may submit bearbrick data, images, descriptions, and other content to the Service. By submitting content, you represent that you have the right to share it and grant BRIKKU a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute the content within the Service for reference and cataloging purposes.

BRIKKU reserves the right to review, modify, or remove any user-submitted content at its sole discretion, including content that is inaccurate, offensive, or that infringes on third-party rights.

While we strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date information, BRIKKU makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any data displayed on the Service, including release dates, retail prices, edition sizes, or product details. Collection data (owned, wishlist, grail lists) is stored securely and is private to each user unless they explicitly choose to share it via public list links.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BRIKKU and its operators from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
